Coaching can be given in person or by telephone. The Initial Intake Session, the first meeting, is followed by weekly follow-up sessions. In the first meeting some of areas to be discussed will be values and matching client's goals to her/his personal values, prioritizing goals, a plan of action will be agreed upon, and client will be led on a guided imagery to further clarify and connect her/his valuable goals. Included in the Initial Intake Session is June's Guided Imagery Coaching CD along with a Coaching Booklet. After three months client can choose bi-monthly or a monthly session(s). Email coaching(limited) between scheduled sessions is included in monthly fee.

Sessions are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST.
